আজ ১১ সেপ্টেম্বর, ২০২৬ তারিখ রোজ শুক্রবার সকাল ১০.০০ ঘটিকায় পাংশা বিএডিসি শ্রমিক ইউনিয়নের সাধারণ সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। ইউনিয়নের সভাপতি মোঃ আলমগীর হোসেনের সভাপতিত্বে অনুষ্ঠিত সাধারণ সভায় প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন বাংলাদেশ কৃষি ফার্ম শ্রমিক ফেডারেশনের সাধারণ সম্পাদক গোলাম ছরোয়ার।

অতিথির বক্তব্যে গোলাম ছরোয়ার বলেন ফেডারেশনের পক্ষ থেকে বর্তমান সরকার ক্ষতায় আসার
পর কৃষি মন্ত্রণালয়ে ১৯ জুলাই পুনরায় বিএডিসির শ্রমিকদের নিয়মিতকরণ ও বেতন বৃদ্ধিসহ
১৩ দফা দাবি পেশ করা হয়েছে। তিনি ফেডারেশনের ১৩দফা দাবি দ্রুত বাস্তবায়নের জন্য সরকারের
প্রতি আহ্বান জানান। তিনি আরো বলেন বিএডিসি কর্তৃপক্ষকে অবশ্যই নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী শ্রমিকদের
মজুরী ও অন্যান্য সুবিধা প্রদান করতে হবে। তিনি শ্রমিকদের উদ্দেশ্যে বলেন যদি ফেডারেশনের
দাবি বাস্তবায়ন না করে তাহলে সবাইকে প্রস্তুত থাকতে হবে আন্দোলনের মাধ্যমে দাবি আদায়ের
জন্য প্রস্তুত থাকতে হবে।
Today,
Friday, 11 September 2026, the General Meeting of the Pangsha BADC Workers’
Union, affiliated with the Bangladesh Agricultural Farm Labour Federation
(BAFLF), was held. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Md. Alamgir Hossain,
President of the Union. Mr. Golam Sorowor, General Secretary of BAFLF, attended
the meeting as the Chief Guest.
In
his speech, the Chief Guest, Golam Sorowor, said that after the current
government came to power, the Federation once again submitted its 13-point
demands to the Ministry of Agriculture on 19 July this year. The demands
include the regularization of BADC workers and an increase in the wages of
agricultural farm workers.
He
called upon the government to take immediate steps to implement the
Federation’s 13-point demands. He further stated that the BADC authorities must
provide workers with wages and other benefits in accordance with existing
policies and regulations.
Addressing
the workers, he said that everyone must remain prepared to launch a movement if
the Federation’s 13-point demands are not implemented.
